Bidirectional ventricular tachycardia is pathognomonic for what condition?
Bidirectional ventricular tachycardia occurs when the QRS axis alternates with every other beat. This is a pathognomonic rhythm during digoxin toxicity, however is relatively rare. The Brugada criteria for ventricular tachycardia is met with both of the QRS morphologies.
