An 87-year-old Russian man presented for routine postoperative retina follow-up 1 month after exchange of a dislocated IOL in the left eye. He mentioned he awoke with painless vision loss in the better-seeing right eye.

An 81-year-old woman presented to New England Eye Center for a scheduled glaucoma follow-up. She reported blurry vision and pain in her right eye and ongoing chronic itching in both eyes. She denied headache, nausea or vomiting.

A 65-year-old man with no significant medical or ocular history was referred by an outside optometrist to Tufts New England Eye Center for recurrent uveitis in both eyes. The patient had been treated by his optometrist with intermittent topical steroids for the past 5 months without relief.
