This year is the first that I did not write a post on the weekend of the biannual daylight savings time change since the launch of this blog. In each earlier post, I aimed to raise awareness about health risks due to the time change.

So, yes, I do have a “tennis elbow.”

Since I launched this blog, I have regularly written about months. For example, I have often written about April, being my birth month (and my daughter’s birth month, same day) and the birth month of multiple family members and close friends.

The other day, I was rounding with our fellow in one of our teaching hospitals. As we stopped at a nursing station, a physician was sitting at a computer.

This blog launched in November 2016, and the inaugural post marked the occasion of the International Diabetes Federation’s World Diabetes Day, a global day of recognizing the burdens of diabetes on humans.

I was driving out of our cul-de-sac around 7:20 this morning, heading to work.

This is the next part of a discussion that is dear to my heart. The first part was posted in spring 2018.

To start with, and to reduce the stress of suspense, I wish to clarify that “OCD” in this post does not denote obsessive compulsive disorder, but rather obsessive coffee drinking.

So, here we go again. I came across another, random, person with a thyroid enlargement. And the endocrinologist in me would not let go!
