Stacey L. Adams

Adams is a medical journalist and editor. She received her BA in English with an emphasis in Publishing from The Pennsylvania State University in 2006.

Adams has been in medical publishing since 2007. She is Vice President of News and Initiatives and aside from a short stint at Elsevier, has worked at Healio (formerly known as SLACK Incorporated) for the duration of her career. She has written and edited in numerous internal medicine specialties throughout her tenure at Healio and oversees the creation and execution of the brand’s podcast franchise.

She and her teams have won several APEX and other medical journalism and podcast awards over the years.

Adams enjoys camping and spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons.
