Philip S. Mehler, MD, FACP, FAED, CEDS, is a board-certified internal medicine specialist and founder and chief executive officer of the ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders & Severe Malnutrition at Denver Health Medical Center. He is also chief science officer at the Eating Recovery Center, the Glassman Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado and a certified eating disorder specialist.
