Carlozzi is associate professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation and director of the Center for Clinical Outcomes Development and Application (CODA) at Michigan Medicine. She is an expert in health-related quality of life (HRQOL) computer adaptive test development and in outcomes measurement validation for newly developed measurement systems. Her research focuses on improving outcomes assessment through improvements in test sensitivity, efficiency and clinical utility.
