
Kari F. Baber, PhD
Baber is a pediatric psychologist in the department of child and adolescent psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and a clinical assistant professor in the psychiatry department at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine. Baber is also a licensed clinical psychologist caring for children and families in the division of gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition at CHOP. She specializes in treatment of disorders of gut-brain interaction and related distress and impairment. Baber additionally serves as a co-chair of the Rome Foundation Gastropsych Section’s Training, Education and Volunteer Opportunities Committee and is a member of the Professional Education Committee for the North American Society of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition.
