Frederick M. Azar, MD

Azar is chief of staff of Campbell Clinic Orthopaedics and professor at the University of Tennessee-Campbell Clinic Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Biomedical Engineering, and a past president of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Azar is senior director of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is chair of the ABOS 90th Anniversary Task Force.
