Hewlett is a member of New York's Westchester County Department of Health division of disease control. He is also an adjunct associate professor of microbiology and immunology at New York Medical College, an infectious diseases consultant for Calvary Hospital in Bronx, N.Y. and a member of the National Medical Association's COVID Vaccine Task Force.
